An Angioplasty is a procedure to increase blood flow to and from your heart.
A balloon angioplasty uses a small balloon attached to the tip of a cardiac catheter that is slowly inflated to stretch the artery wall.
The goal is to increase the inner artery diameter and once the artery is open, Dr Yasir will carefully deflate and remove the balloon.

Depending on your condition, the balloon angioplasty may also include a stent procedure.
